In a country where dreams often get lost in the chaos of survival, Manya Singh stands out as a beacon of resilience, reinvention, and relentless purpose. Hailing from the small town of Muzaffarpur, Bihar, Manya has emerged as one of India’s most inspiring young leaders transforming setbacks into stepping stones and ideas into institutions.
Today, she is the Founder & Director of BrandsGlobal Media, Director of Team SDG Foundation, and the visionary behind two of India’s most impactful platforms: the India CSR & Sustainability Conclave and Rashtriya Naari Samman.
A Journey that Defied Expectations
Manya’s early life painted a very different picture. Raised by a government employee father and an entrepreneurial mother, she moved to Delhi after completing her studies at L.N. Mishra College of Business Management with the intention of cracking the UPSC examinations. But life had other plans.
A chance encounter with Rich Dad Poor Dad reshaped her worldview igniting a spark that led her down the path of entrepreneurship. Armed with a PGDM in Finance and Marketing, and driven by her parents’ values of discipline and determination, Manya stepped into the business world with a vision to create, impact, and lead.

Early Setbacks, Fierce Comebacks
Her entrepreneurial debut began with a financial firm that tasted early success — until sudden RBI regulation changes brought it crashing down. Many would have stopped. Manya didn’t.
Instead, she pivoted. She experimented. She failed and learned. Eventually, she found her footing in the fields of PR, brand management, and event strategy, launching BrandsGlobal Media a now-revered name trusted by corporates across India.
Where Business Meets Social Impact
Despite her commercial success, social service remained at the heart of Manya’s mission. What started with school drives for notebooks and food donations grew into Team SDG Foundation a not-for-profit organization focusing on education, hunger eradication, skill development, healthcare, livelihood generation, and women empowerment.
“For me, this isn’t charity. This is purpose. This is personal,” Manya says.
The Conclave that Sparked a Movement
The India CSR & Sustainability Conclave, another flagship initiative by Manya, has quickly become a landmark platform bringing together corporates, NGOs, policy-makers, and innovators to collaborate for impact. With participation from major organizations such as Tata Power, Aditya Birla Group, SBI Foundation, McCain Foods, and many more, the conclave isn’t just an event it’s a catalyst for change.
Her other initiative, Rashtriya Naari Samman, celebrates women who are driving change in their communities, offering them the recognition, platform, and network to scale their impact.
Leadership That Inspires from the Ground Up
Known for her grounded and people-first leadership, Manya believes in empowering her team not just to deliver, but to shine. “I want them to become the face of the company. I don’t lead from above I lead from beside,” she says.
Her leadership style merges vision with empathy, business acumen with social purpose, and strategy with storytelling creating a culture that’s as driven as it is compassionate.
“This Is Just the Beginning”
With milestones behind her and missions ahead, Manya shows no signs of slowing down. “I want to keep supporting as many NGOs and people as I can,” she says. “And create events that aren’t just attended but remembered.”
From the streets of a small town in Bihar to the boardrooms of India’s biggest names, Manya Singh’s journey is a powerful reminder that true success is not just about rising but about lifting others as you climb.
