Mills Pvt. Ltd., established in 1973.

Roshan’s vision has always gone beyond the boundaries of the
rice industry. In 2008, Imperial College in Bargarh was founded by his brother,
and Roshan later joined hands with him to carry the mission forward. Today, the
institution stands as a reputed center of learning and has even earned the
prestigious “District Green Champion Award” from the Government of India.
In a similar spirit, the NuSteps Innovation Foundation,
initially set up by his brother, is now co-led by both brothers—channeling
their collective energy toward innovation, sustainability, and social
development.
Roshan has also diversified into RSBP Innovations Pvt. Ltd.,
an enterprise that underscores his commitment to progress powered by innovation
and community empowerment. Collectively, these initiatives illustrate how he
seamlessly blends business leadership with a broader pursuit of education,
innovation, and rural advancement.

representation in a FICCI delegation to Moscow underline his role as both an
industry reformer and a global ambassador for Indian rice millers.

is anchored in family values. His wife, Mrs. Khushbu Goyal, has been his
unwavering support system, balancing family responsibilities while encouraging
his professional pursuits. Together, they are raising their children—son
Aaditya Goyal and daughter Aditi Goyal—with the same principles of discipline,
empathy, and responsibility that shaped Roshan’s own life.
For him, family is both his strength and his inspiration,

to grow academically—currently pursuing a Ph.D. at IIM Sambalpur. His
